All GiftCards, e–GiftCards and other gift certificates are deemed purchased in and issued from the State of Oregon. The risk of loss and title to such items pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Gift certificates are good for 1 (one) year from date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

A deposit of $50 per person is required to confirm reservations. Refunds available up to 7 days before trip date. Balance due at dock. Sky’s Guide Service reserves the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for loss of personal property, cancellations, or delays due to weather, acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Sky’s Guide Service reserves the right to cancel trips due to dangerous or inclement weather.

A Deposit of 50% is required to reserve your trip and make your dates official. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon final confirmation of your reservation, we will send you a packing list of recommended clothing and gear as well as an itinerary of your floatplane flight from Anchorage to Lake Creek. No refunds for cancellations. We will attempt to reschedule your trip, depending on availability during the remainder of the season. Sky’s Guide Service reserves the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for flight delays, loss of personal property, cancellations or delays due to weather, acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Sky’s Guide Service reserves the right to cancel trips due to dangerous or inclement weather.

ALL OF OUR SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND PROMOTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. AS A RESULT, PRICES WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED UNTIL BOOKED.
